Museum Playset

Did you know we have a podcast? It’s a games and comedy podcast! And we’ve put out 20 episodes this year! And today’s episode is a great one—with our new Fiasco playset based on the songs of the Doubleclicks.

It’s lock-in night at the museum! We have an undercover alien looking for scientific proof of the missing link. We have a Spock Impersonator. We have burrito problems. And we’re hoping that nothing goes wrong. Will it? Yes. It will. Find out how when the team plays the new “museum” playset – which is based on the songs of the Doubleclicks! Special guests Will Hindmarch and Lucia Fasano join us for a wonderful story full of mystery and mansplaining!

New Gosh Darn Fiasco Episode: The Last Heist!

Gosh Darn Fiasco 19Good morning everyone! Welcome to Episode 19 of Gosh Darn Fiasco: The Mnemonic Gang, with Ben ColemanLewis SequieraRichard Malena, and (of course) Angela Webber! If you’re new to our bi-weekly podcast: we get funny and brilliant people together and play Fiasco from Bully Pulpit Games. Hijinks and hilarity (usually) ensue!

It’s “The Last Heist!” Our gang of youngsters has an expert plan to steal the new Pokémon game and make tons of money. What could get in their way? Will it be their English teacher, obsessed with Shakespeare (the rapper)? The changing landscape of Hot Topic? Or maybe their “lackey”—the weird 35-year-old man who hangs out with this band of youth criminals and has a mysterious, skeleton-filled past? And do you need a mnemonic to remember that? Find out in this very funny episode featuring luminaries from the Portland comedy scene!

Are you hooked yet? Great! Don’t miss another episode: you can listen via iTunes, subscribe, follow Gosh Darn Fiasco on Twitter and Facebook, and even donate.

Thank you for listening, we hope you enjoy it!

Star Trek! Podcasts! Music! Two Kinds!

We have two exciting bits of Star Trek (plus podcast) news for you!

We enjoy Star Trek
We enjoy Star Trek a great deal.

FIRST! We are so proud and thrilled to have written a new theme song for Women at Warp, a twice-monthly podcast where four women talk about Star Trek, its representations of women, contributions of women behind the scenes, and other fun Trek topics! You can listen to the first episode with our theme song—which also discusses Janeway and T’Pol—on your favorite podcast app or at WomenAtWarp.com!

SECOND! That’s right, our own twice-monthly podcast, Gosh Darn Fiasco, just released a new episode where we take to the skies. The space skies. Gosh Darn Fiasco is an improvised comedy podcast based on the role-playing game Fiasco, and every episode is a new story. The new episode features special guest New York Times-bestselling author Chelsea Cain (HeartsickMockingbird), playing Dr. Trish Brazil, who has a weird alien following her around. Starfleet wants us to uncover mysteries in the ruins of a lost civilization, but our Captain, Jazz Captain Birthday, is more interested in our jazz band’s concert. Plus—penguins! Cows! And . . . more? Listen on iTunes, wherever you hear podcasts, or at GoshDarnFiasco.Simplecast.fm!
