The Doubleclicks are a pair of sisters from Portland, Oregon who play cello, guitar and ukulele and write songs that are all at once snarky, geeky and sweet. The Doubleclicks tour their unique brand of folk music around the country to game stores, concert venues, fans’ homes and pop culture conventions. Angela and Aubrey Webber started their band in 2011 with a 6-month song-a-week YouTube project and the animated music video for their Dungeons & Dragons love song. Since then, they’ve released an album, a CD of their music for kids, a holiday EP, and written songs for songwriting challenges and their favorite card game.

If you’re new to the Doubleclicks, you might start by streaming their new album (for free!) or watching a YouTube playlist of the band’s live performances.

The Doubleclicks

The Doubleclicks are a nerd/folk/sister band who sing about Dungeons and Dragons, beatboxing, and lots and lots of heartbreak.

They post music quite frequently on the YouTubes. A song they wrote about Dungeons and Dragons has a rad animated music video (see right).

They are based in Portland, Oregon. They’ve performed with Marian Call and in a “Nerds and Music” show with Paul and Storm, Hank Green and Mike Phirman. They sang backup for Paul & Storm at PAX once. It was awesome.
