OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) and Roam Schooled (award-winning Portland-based podcast) are teaming up for an event at Revolution Hall to explore, entertain, taste, and discuss where our food comes from and why it tastes the way it does.

OMSI, the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry has been thrilling and inspiring audiences with programming for adults with “Science Pubs” and “OMSI After Dark” events.

Camas Davis, author and “meat thinker”, founder of PDX Meat Collective. Camas is a former vegetarian who turned her sights to understanding a humane and sustainable way of being omnivorous.

Executive Chef Kit Zhu, Bon Appétit at OMSI
Kit joined Bon Appétit in January of 2012 as the Executive Chef at Intel and has been at OMSI since August 2016. His philosophy of sourcing from local farmers, fishermen and foraging for wild foods align with the Bon Appetit mantra.

Rebecca Reilly, Food Science Educator at OMSI
Rebecca uses her diverse experience in both formal and informal education, as well as nonprofit management to develop a variety of programs for all ages around nutrition, food, science, and culture. She received her Masters in Teaching in Diverse Contexts from University of Colorado, Denver.

The Doubleclicks, also known as Angela and Aubrey Webber, are a pair of sisters from Portland, Oregon who write songs that are snarky, geeky and sweet.
