It’s cold! We are playing concerts still!
We’re spending the next couple of months in a sort of “hibernation” – it seems already like we’ve been at home lazing about for YEARS, even though we got home from tour… two weeks ago? And we’re not exactly lazing – we’re writing songs for our next album! We’ve found a DRUMMER for this album (what??!)! And we’re playing a few shows up here in the Pacific Northwest. Here’s the latest:
- Friday, February 1! Portland! See us do a couple songs on a Late Night Talk show! It’s like TV – except only live! Late Night Action With Alex Falcone – 9pm, $13. Tickets on sale now.
- Friday, February 22! Portland! Are you ready to Nerd Rock? Kirby Krackle (nerd rock, Seattle) and Klopfenpop (nerdcore rap) – and us – are going to make nerd-dom happen in all sorts of genres. Backspace, $5 at the door, Music starts at 8. RSVP on Facebook.
- Friday, March 1! Seattle! It’s time for the annual Kracklefest nerd music concert! We’ll be playing with… Paul and Storm! Kirby Krackle! Nerds with Guitars! At this 21+ ECCC-adjacent event. 9pm. Hard Rock Cafe. Tickets are on sale now!
- Emerald City Comic-Con!!! We have a booth! It’s number E-12! We have a panel concert! It’s at 2pm on Saturday in room 3AB! Come find us!
We are leaving the West Coast a little – if you’re on JoCoCruiseCrazy, we’ll see you there… and we’re also heading to…
- Boston, MA! Expect to see us playing *somewhere* at PAX East (check back here and follow us on Twitter to find out exactly when and where)… and come see us (with our drummer) at our amazing annual hometown concert in Westford, MA on 3/30 – you can buy tickets now by calling 978-692-5550.
More is always coming, you guys. Our current tour plans will take us to:
- Victoria/Vancouver (Canada!): April
- East Coast/Southern US: late May
- Midwest/Mountain states: June
If you’ve got advice or suggestions, please leave us a comment on our special tour suggestions form – it comes straight to my e-mail and if you put information in that form it’s guaranteed not to be lost (unlike e-mails or tweets or so on.)
I hope to see you when you get back to the east. I’ll be watching for the schedule.
Same here! The DC crowd is looking forward to seeing you both again – ALSO any chance you can be in NY for Thrilling Adventure Hour on May 11?
