Who the heck are The Doubleclicks? Hey, that “Uncle Geek’s House” song is awesome! How come I am just hearing about them now? Well, let’s get tickets for this show for sure! Look, they are practically sold out in Seattle! Better get them quick. Now let’s look at our schedule… oh noes!!!
I can’t go see the dblclks and P&S and WW (boW doWn) because I have a war room shift that night. We’re deploying a new app at a Large Sportswear Manufacturer in certainly-not-Beaverton. So the geekiness you’ll be celebrating that night is the reason I can’t come celebrate! Sigh. Good thing I’m not a hipster, or I’d be moping on that for weeks.

The most classically geeky event has occurred: The software release go-live date got delayed. Since I am having a pure geek experience — how did I not see that one coming?! Ha!
So now I have bought tickets to the Aladdin show for me and my boyfriend, and am looking forward to seeing you perform!
